How do I get paid?
Most of the payments are in cash, however if you wish to be transferred the amount instead, that is also possible.
How long does the process take?
After we confirm your location, a driver is booked immediately to go to you and remove the car. Depending on location, this will take 1-2 hours.
Will I have to pay extra for towing services?
Nope! The towing service is paid for by us. There will be no charges in that regard..
How do you determine how much my car is worth?
The value of the car depends on various factors such as the make and model, condition, and the odometer reading.
Can I drop off my car at your site?
Yes! If the car is in running condition, you are able to deliver the car to us, provided you bring along all necessary paperwork pertaining to your ownership of the vehicle and a valid form of identification.
